We are preferred providers for Aetna, ASEA, Cigna, EBMS, Meritain, MODA, Multiplan, Optum, Tricare, Triwest, UHC, and UMR, and we bill other insurance carriers as out-of-network providers.

Patient billing questions often require phone calls to insurance customer service. Please be patient, as these calls typically require long hold times and repeat inquiries. We will resolve your question as quickly as possible.
The No Surprises Act protects self-pay patients against surprise bills. If you are paying in full and out-of-pocket, either because you have no insurance or because you submit claims directly, we will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate.
